What exactly does it mean to "accept/express your sexuality"?
It means to accept that the things you like are healthy and okay as long as they involve consenting adults, and to not be afraid of acting on your interests with other consenting adults.
Different people have different tastes in sex. We are often told that only certain kinds of sex are “good” and that other kinds of sex (sex outside of marriage, group sex, sex with partners of the same sex, and so on) are “bad.”
Accepting your sexuality means accepting that it is okay to like and enjoy sex even if society says it is bad.
“Sex is only good if it is in a committed relationship; casual sex with strangers is bad” is purely a matter of opinion, not fact. It is exactly the same as saying “Only rap music is good; any other kind of music is bad.”
If society said that, reasonable people would say no, there's more than one “good” kind of music. Different people have different tastes.
Been reading an article written by outspoken, degree holding porn star Angela White. I still can't understand how the “healthy feminist” msg about self-liberation even falls into this. How is it healthy to “explore/be free” by taking 20 strangers’ privates at one time? Surely, there is more to it?

Feminism is the idea that women can be empowered to make their own choices.
If society says “Only rap music is good! Other kinds of music are bad! Women should only listen to rap, and women who listen to anything else are sluts!” then listening to heavy metal is a feminist act.
If society says “Only sex in marriage is good! Other kinds of sex are bad! Women should only have sex after marriage, and women who have sex any other way are sluts!” then having consensual group sex is a feminist act.

There is no "exactly" when it comes to sexuality. (In fact, there is no "exactly" in hardly anything except math.)
Expressing your sexuality can mean being open to family and friends; it can mean having an active sex life; it can mean being visible media image for a group or event. It can also mean acting in certain stereotypical ways that will lead people to believe that you are of a particular sexuality, even if you're not.
The argument about whether pornography, prostitution, or other workers in the "sex industry" is liberating or oppressive has been going on since I first heard of it in the early 1970s. The same debate exists over non-monogamy, sadomasochism, and other forms of sex games. I have no categorical opinion on any of these matters, except as regards my own sex life. I think the issues are complex, and to some extent connected to the belief system in which you were raised and the manner in which sex was treated in your upbringing

I am not sure that I understand the question.
If Ms. White wishes to enjoy and explore her sexuality, and part of that exploration for her is to “take 20 strangers’ privates at one time”, then it should be self-evident that it is healthy for her.
Part of my sexuality is to enjoy power-exchange dynamics and certain specific types of pain play. Since it is part of my sexuality, I need to explore it to be happy and fulfilled, and if I am a free individual than I can express that freedom by exploring what I need to explore. Denying and suppressing parts of my personality, including my sexuality, would be unhealthy and harmful. Exploration is therefore healthy.
Again I am very confused by what you are asking!
